TERMS OF USE Effective date: August 10, 2026
Welcome and Acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://alchemyuntapped.com and any related pages, content, newsletters, downloads, digital materials, workshops, or other offerings provided by Alchemy Untapped LLC, doing business as Alchemy Untapped ("Alchemy Untapped," "we," "us," or "our"). The term "you" refers to any visitor, subscriber, customer, or participant who uses the website or an offering covered by these Terms. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you purchase or register for an offering, you may also be asked to affirmatively accept these Terms and any offering-specific terms at checkout or registration. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase or register for the applicable offering. If an offering has a separate written agreement, sales page, cancellation policy, participant agreement, or waiver, that document also applies. If its terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific offering document controls for that offering.Who May Use the Website
The website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to submit personal information through the website. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to make a purchase or enter into a contract with Alchemy Untapped. Offerings described as adults-only are limited to participants who are at least 18. If you use the website or make a purchase on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to the applicable agreement.Educational, Reflective, and Spiritual Content
Alchemy Untapped provides educational information, personal reflections, journaling prompts, mindfulness and self-compassion practices, spiritual perspectives, stories, and opportunities for personal exploration. This content is intended to support reflection and curiosity. It is not a promise of any particular result. Nothing on the website or in an Alchemy Untapped offering is medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for services from a qualified professional who understands your individual circumstances. Using the website, subscribing to The Cairn, purchasing a product, or participating in a general workshop does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship. You are responsible for deciding whether a practice or offering is appropriate for you. Stop any practice that causes physical or emotional distress and seek appropriate professional support when needed. If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis resource; do not rely on the website, email, or social media for urgent assistance. Spiritual and intuitive content reflects personal, cultural, or symbolic perspectives and should not be understood as a guarantee, prediction, or statement of scientifically established fact. You remain responsible for your choices and actions.Personal Intuitive Card Readings
Alchemy Untapped may offer personal intuitive readings using tarot, oracle, and Lenormand cards. These readings are interpretive and reflective experiences intended to support self-inquiry, perspective, and conversation. The symbols, impressions, and themes discussed during a reading are subjective and may be understood differently by different people. A reading may explore present themes, possibilities, or potential paths, but it does not establish that a particular future event will occur. Alchemy Untapped does not guarantee the accuracy of an interpretation, that a reading will resonate with you, or that you will achieve a particular outcome. Readings are not medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice, or another licensed professional service. Do not use a reading as a substitute for qualified professional advice or as the sole basis for a major health, safety, legal, financial, employment, or relationship decision. You remain responsible for evaluating the reading and making your own choices. Personal readings are available only to adults who are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where they live. Alchemy Untapped may decline a question, redirect a topic, or end a session when reasonably necessary to maintain appropriate boundaries, protect safety, avoid discussing another person's private information, or comply with law. A reading does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship. The applicable booking page or confirmation will state the reading's format, approximate length, price, delivery method, and cancellation, rescheduling, lateness, and refund rules. Those terms become part of your agreement for the reading. If Alchemy Untapped cancels before providing the reading, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a refund of the amount paid for the unprovided service. Whether an interpretation resonates is subjective and, by itself, does not create a right to a refund after the reading has been provided, subject to the stated refund policy and any rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Information shared in connection with a reading will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy. A session may be recorded only when Alchemy Untapped and the client agree in advance. No recording, excerpt, testimonial, or identifiable account of a reading will be used for marketing without separate permission.Retreats, Events, and Live Offerings
Retreats, in-person events, and certain live workshops may involve separate eligibility rules, payment and cancellation terms, community agreements, health or accessibility forms, participant responsibilities, assumption-of-risk language, or liability waivers. Those documents will be presented during registration when applicable and are incorporated into the agreement for that offering. These website Terms do not replace any event-specific participant agreement or waiver. If you do not accept an offering's required documents, you may not be able to participate in that offering.Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content are owned by or licensed to Alchemy Untapped. This includes articles in The Journal; Cairn emails and archives; text; graphics; photographs; videos; audio; workshop materials; journal prompts; worksheets; downloads; course or program materials; branding; and the selection, arrangement, and presentation of that content. Alchemy Untapped grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the website and any lawfully obtained materials for your own non-commercial purposes. This license does not transfer ownership. Without prior written permission, you may not:• reproduce, sell, license, distribute, publish, upload, or commercially exploit substantial portions of Alchemy Untapped content;
• remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notices;
• share paid or subscriber-only materials with people who did not lawfully obtain access;
• modify Alchemy Untapped materials and present them as original or authorized materials;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract website content, including for the training or development of artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems; or
• use Alchemy Untapped names, logos, or branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission.
These restrictions do not limit rights you may have under applicable law, including lawful quotation, criticism, commentary, or other fair use.Your Messages, Submissions, and Public Contributions
You retain ownership of original material you send to Alchemy Untapped. When you send an inquiry, application, form, or other private communication, you give us permission to use it only as reasonably necessary to respond, administer the relevant request or offering, protect safety, keep appropriate business records, and comply with law. Sending a private message does not give us permission to publish your story, name, image, or words as marketing content. If you intentionally submit content for public posting, such as a website comment, you grant Alchemy Untapped a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and format that content for the purpose for which it was submitted. You may ask us to remove public content you submitted, although removal may not erase copies already lawfully retained or shared by others. Testimonials, photographs, recordings, and identifiable participant stories will be used for marketing only with separate permission or another clear agreement authorizing that use. Alchemy Untapped may edit an authorized testimonial for length or clarity but will not materially change its meaning. Please do not send confidential professional records, detailed medical records, account credentials, or information you do not have the right to share. Ordinary email and website forms are not guaranteed to be confidential or secure.Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website or any Alchemy Untapped offering. Prohibited conduct includes:• violating applicable law or another person's rights;
• impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation;
• harassing, threatening, exploiting, stalking, discriminating against, or deliberately endangering another person;
• posting or transmitting unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, sexually exploitative, or malicious material;
• revealing another person's private information without authorization;
• introducing malware or attempting to disrupt, probe, bypass, or gain unauthorized access to any website, account, system, or data;
• using automated tools to scrape, harvest, monitor, or copy website content without written permission, except for ordinary search-engine indexing;
• sending spam, unauthorized promotions, or deceptive solicitations through any interactive feature; or
• interfering with another person's ability to use or enjoy the website or an offering.
We may moderate or remove public content and may restrict access when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect people, the website, Alchemy Untapped, or others' rights. If access to a paid offering is ended because of a material violation, any refund will be determined under the offering-specific policy and applicable law.Email and Electronic Communications
If you subscribe to The Cairn, join a waitlist, make a purchase, or register for an offering, you agree to receive communications connected to that request. Marketing emails will include a way to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending transactional or administrative messages that are reasonably necessary to complete a purchase, manage a registration, respond to you, or provide important service information. You agree that notices and records may be provided electronically, subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.Purchases, Payment Plans, and Offering Terms
Prices, currency, payment schedules, access periods, included materials, and other material purchase terms will be displayed on the applicable sales page, registration page, or checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the payment processor displayed at checkout to charge the payment method you provide. Alchemy Untapped does not directly store complete payment-card numbers. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors under their own terms and privacy practices. If you choose a payment plan, you remain responsible for the scheduled payments unless the offering-specific terms expressly allow cancellation of the remaining balance. A payment plan divides the purchase price; it is not automatically a month-to-month subscription unless clearly described that way before purchase. Refund, cancellation, transfer, and rescheduling rules vary by offering and will be disclosed before purchase or registration. The policy presented for your transaction becomes part of your agreement and will not be changed retroactively to reduce rights already promised to you. If a sales page is silent, contact andi@alchemyuntapped.com before purchasing for clarification. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can investigate. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have through your card issuer or under consumer-protection law.Digital Products and Access
Digital products and downloads are licensed for the purchaser's personal, non-commercial use unless a different license is provided in writing. You may not share login credentials, upload paid files to a shared drive, reproduce materials for a group, or resell or redistribute them without permission. Any stated access period will be disclosed before purchase. If no access period is stated for a downloadable file, you may retain the copy you lawfully downloaded, subject to these Terms. We may make reasonable technical or editorial updates to digital materials. We do not promise that a particular platform or hosted resource will remain available indefinitely unless the sales page expressly says otherwise.Third-Party Websites, Platforms, and Resources
The website may link to or embed content from third parties. Alchemy Untapped does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, products, availability, security, statements, or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse every view, product, or practice associated with that third party. Some links may be affiliate links. When a material relationship exists, we will disclose it clearly near the relevant recommendation. You are responsible for reviewing third-party terms before using their services.Testimonials and Results
Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that another person will have the same experience. Alchemy Untapped does not promise a particular personal, spiritual, emotional, financial, relationship, or health outcome from using the website or participating in an offering.Website Accuracy and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information useful and current, but we do not guarantee that every statement is complete, current, or free from error. We may correct errors, update content, change features, or suspend parts of the website when reasonably necessary. The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or that the website will be free of harmful components. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alchemy Untapped and its owner, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to the website or an offering, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Alchemy Untapped for a claim arising from the website or an offering will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid Alchemy Untapped for the specific offering giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability; or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Event-specific agreements may contain additional, legally reviewed provisions appropriate to those activities.Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Alchemy Untapped for reasonable losses, liabilities, and expenses arising directly from your unlawful misuse of the website, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. This section does not require you to indemnify Alchemy Untapped for its own negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or end access to the website or an offering when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, discontinuation of a service, or a material violation of an applicable agreement. If Alchemy Untapped discontinues a paid offering before providing the material portion promised, the applicable sales terms and law will determine whether a refund, credit, replacement access, or another remedy is provided. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, payment obligations already incurred, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute provisions, will survive.Governing Law and Courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction's non-waivable consumer law applies. Before filing a formal claim, you and Alchemy Untapped agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the concern informally by written notice. If the concern is not resolved, any legal action relating to these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Union County, Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires another forum. These Terms do not require binding arbitration and do not contain a class-action waiver.Effective date: August 11, 2026

The terms accepted for a completed purchase will continue to govern that transaction unless a change is required by law or you affirmatively agree to updated terms. Continued use of the general website after revised Terms become effective means the revised Terms apply to that continued use.General Provisions
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable offering-specific agreement constitute the agreement between you and Alchemy Untapped concerning their subject matter. They replace prior discussions or statements about that subject matter, but they do not replace written rights or promises included in a specific purchase or registration agreement. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without written consent.
